1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of PreSchool, including our website, facilities, educational programs, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Admission

Enrollment at PreSchool is subject to:

• Availability of spaces in the appropriate age group
• Completion of all required registration forms and documents
• Payment of applicable registration fees and deposits
• Compliance with our health and immunization requirements

The school reserves the right to refuse admission to any child at its discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

Parents/guardians agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the fee schedule provided upon enrollment
• Make payments by the specified due dates
• Pay late fees for payments received after the due date
• Pay the full month's tuition regardless of absences, holidays, or partial attendance
• Provide notice as specified in our policies for withdrawal from the program

Fee schedules are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

4. Operating Hours and Attendance

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Adhering to the operating hours of the preschool
• Picking up children on time at the end of their scheduled program
• Notifying the preschool of any expected absences or late arrivals
• Paying late pick-up fees for children collected after closing time

5. Health and Safety

For the wellbeing of all children and staff:

• Children who are ill should not attend the preschool until they are well enough to participate in all activities
• Parents must inform the preschool of any contagious diseases immediately
• The preschool reserves the right to refuse admission to a child who appears ill
• Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact information
• The preschool must be informed of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs

6. Behavior and Discipline

PreSchool maintains a positive approach to behavior management. However:

• We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if a child's behavior consistently disrupts the program or poses a risk to the safety of others
• Parents are expected to partner with the school in addressing behavioral concerns
• Physical punishment is never used at our facility

7. Curriculum and Programs

Our educational programs are designed to support child development across multiple domains. However:

• The preschool reserves the right to modify curriculum and activities as necessary
• Special programs and field trips may incur additional fees
• Participation in certain activities requires prior parental consent

8. Photography and Media

The preschool may take photographs or videos of children for:

• Educational documentation
• Display within the preschool
• Use in newsletters, website, or social media (with parental consent)

Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed must notify the preschool in writing.

9. Liability and Insurance

While we maintain a safe environment and appropriate supervision:

• The preschool is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur despite reasonable precautions
• Personal belongings brought to the preschool are the responsibility of the child and parent
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, but recommend parents have their own health and accident insurance for their children

10. Termination of Enrollment

The preschool reserves the right to terminate enrollment if:

• Fees are not paid in accordance with the payment policy
• A child's behavior consistently endangers the safety of themselves or others
• Parents/guardians fail to follow the policies and procedures of the preschool
• The preschool determines it cannot meet the needs of the child

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PreSchool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
